Workshop: Cultivating a Culture of Innovation through Design Thinking
There are plenty of creativity tools and activities out there to help increase our creative juices, but often we find ourselves at a lost after the high of a fun short workshop or an inspiring talk fades after a couple of days. So, the important question is how might we cultivate creativity for the long term?
I’ll introduce the value of Design Thinking teamed with Service Design methodology, and how embedding these skillsets through hands-on participatory design sprints/workshops within the organization will shift how employees lead, work, collaborate, think, and problem solve, which leads to the nurturing of creativity and innovation on a daily basis.
